Aroma: Bready, malty, nutty, clean
Appearance: Reddish brown. Low head, light cabrnation, creamy mouthfeel, light body
Flavour: Aggressive attack of clean malt, but not cloying or overly sweet. Malt disappears leaving a mineral,dry finish. Clean and smooth
Overall: Refreshing, not too sweet. very well balanced between clean malt and dry finish. No ester character. Predominantly malt with low roastiness and mineral dyness as it finishes. I could drink lots of this beer.

Nov 30, 2008 Amber colour, white head. Nose of caramel malts. Flavour is caramel malty as well, with some hops. Slightly bitter finish.

Sweet, malty, not very impressive, an old fashioned beer. Not enough bitterness, though there are some hoppy flowers in the finish.
