AshtonMcCobb (934) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 21, 2011
On draught at the Edinburgh University Library Bar. It’s a dark amber colour with a generous head. The nose is more malty than biscuity. The taste has initially a malty/creamy note but this continues into a burnt astringent malt taste on the end. The palate has a medium body and texture but as I was saying above, the finish is astringent rather than pleasant and refreshing. Overall, another typical beer from the Caley.
