COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brilliant golden pale ale with a light creamy head. This sophisticated beer has a zesty, citric hop aroma. The tastes of malt, biscuit and lemon delight the palate with a long hop bittersweet finish.

Cask @ Turnhouse, JDW. Clear golden colour, white head. Nose is sweet malted, bit of lemonade. Flavour is sweet malty, lemonade, some dry biscuit. Quite sweet and slightly dry finish.

UPDATED: JUN 6, 2011 Cask @ The Turnhouse Bar JDW, Edinburgh Airport. Golden brown colour, not much head. Resin, oaty, malty aroma. Bland, resin, vegetable malty flavour. Sour aftertaste. Not great.
