Malty aroma with some earthy, grassy hops. Taste pretty much follows but with the initial malt overshadowed by the dank grass and earthiness. Pretty well balanced beer. Sweet-ish with a nice bitter finish but a bit too musty for me. Medium-light carbonation and medium-light body.

Bottle from a Tesco. It pours clear golden amber with a small white head. The nose is soft, malt-forward, bread, toasty grain and soap. The taste is crisp, lightly bitter, bread, grass, floral and lemony soap with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Simple and not much doing. I prefer the cask version.

Aroma: Hops: Medium-light,Musty, earthy hops, Malt: Light caramel, biscuit Appearance: Clear, light copper body. Medium, fizzy, off-white head. Good retention. Flavour: Malt: Light Caramel. Hops: medium-light earthy/musty. Well balanced, slightly towards malty sweetness initially, but then gives a hoppy/bitterness in the finish. Dry finish. Orange zest Mouthfeel: Medium body. Medium-high carbonation. Dry finish Overall: A flavourful IPA, without the aggressive, over the top hops or bitterness. Very enjoyable. Something to drink in large volumes. 500ml bottle, poured. Thanks Andre! 14A. English IPA

See: Golden yellow. One finger white frothy head. Smell: Grapefruit, hint of sweet passion fruit. Grassy hops. Taste: Mellow. Pine at the end of the mouth, malty nuttiness at the beginning. Well balanced, hint of sweetness but subtle bitterness cuts through. Pallet: Medium carbonation. Short hoppy finish. Light body. Very refreshing, very drinkable and very pleasant flavours. Mixture of malty sweetness and delicate, subtle hops.

Bottle. Not an IPA. Clashing aroma of earthy and citrusy hops. Pours dark gold with white head that disappears quickly. Earth and citrus flavors with malt undertones. Dry finish. Ok beer but unbalanced.

Pours nicely, perhaps slightly over carbonated. Head looks good but relaxes into nothing quickly. The taste is good, malt with Apple and pair fruit. Mouthfeel dominated by fiz from the gas. A clean taste which.begs a second bottle. Bother it was a single left at Fiona’s 50th.
