3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft in Edinburgh. Pretty good. Mild but satisfying taste, suitably rich with a very pleasant finish. Creamy head reminded me of KIlkenny. Irish ale meets IPA.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Amber ale with a white head. There was little going on with this. A slightly sharp citrus hop flavour. Thin tasting and pretty bland really.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Nice color with mild spice. No real bitterness or hop aroma. Easy drinking cask ale, but stretching the truth to call it an IPA.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Has a very faint malt aroma, no real hops on the nose which is rather odd for an IPA. Body is standard gold with a decent head. Flavour is decent malts and sweet hops; simplistic but reasonable. A simple brew but reliable.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask at the Pot Still, Glasgow. Better than the bottled version which is more than decent. A well balanced beer with good depth of flavour. Biscuity and lightly hoppy with a viscous and refreshing mouthfeel.
