4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Hand pulled, Duke William, Bradford.
Citrusy aroma, thick head, lovely golden colour when settled. Creamy feel in the mouth with citrus/aromatic taste not very hoppy. Easy to drink, not taxing on the taste buds, very refreshing, could easily sink several.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Light clear golden colour with light fluffy white head. Lively nosecwith some trace of hops. Starts firm but as time moves on it loses structure. Tasty to a degree but lacks concentration and substance as it once did.

Several hand-pumped pints whilst in Edinburgh. The perfect colour for an IPA, but a touch on the light side in depth. A great session ale.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
20.2.2015. Looks like basic lager, nose is quite light with some bitterness and cereal. Flavour has similar malty feeling with mild fruity bitter finish. Ok in cask, not in bottle.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cask at the Half Moon, Bishops Stortford. Golden brown with a small white head and big ass lacing. Aroma of digestive biscuits, weak iced tea, hint if orange peel. Taste is sweet, light and refreshing. Very well balanced with the occasional hint of sour/bitter. Inconsequential, bordering on milquetoast, mouthfeel, but it’s fitting for this beer. Didn’t this used to be better, or have my expectations grown?

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
IPA à l'ancienne. Légère, sans bulle, amertume finale. Ca change beaucoup des IPA modernes. Correcte.
