one of Scotlands top beers. more easy to find on the East coast than the West as a draught but nationally available in bottles. Canned variety probably not quite so good.

Having bought the case for a tenner, spent last night at a party having a session of them. Hop flowers to the fore with a zingy citrus note. The whole thing is very drying to the palate into the 4th/5th bottle, leaving you wishing for sweetness. Better in cask than pasteurised, but note, no hangover. imdownthepub

A top quality IPA - lots of initial hops that give way to a balance with maltiness. Long and rather tart finish.

Not as aggressively hopped as a USIPA but fair amount of citrus and grapefruit in the finish. Doesn’t bite, goes down fairly smoothly. A Scottish/Cask brewed alternative. Top class in its own right as Scotland doesn’t need a crisp bitter biting thirst quenching USIPA.
