Cask @ The Theatre Royal Bar, Edinburgh. A brand new cask lager. Bready aroma. Strong yellow colour with a good head.Bread & citrus fruit flavour. A bit flat (that might be the fault of the bar rather than the beer).

[cask at the Old Mill, Pitlochry] Golden pour with a thin bubbly white head. Faint bitter hoppy aromas, with a taste similar to Deuchars, albeit a touch more lemony fruit. Very drinkable, cask lagers are very different to other forms of dispense on a blind tasting Id swear this was a golden ale. Sessionable [01052011]
