Cask at Bon Accord, Glasgow. A dark amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of caramel, but also a slight buttery note. The flavor has notes of spices, malt, and caramel - some weird spice.

Cask @ GBBF 2007. Pours a clear amber color with a longlasting off-white head. Fruity spicy aroma with some hints of hops. Sweet malty and fruity spicy flavor with some hints of caramel. Long malty spicy finish with a bitter aftertaste.

Comments: Tartish, very fruity, malty ale with little hops at all and an unfitting herbal tang.

Cask conditioned @ Humble Plumb, Soton. Unpleasantly sweet toffee (hint of diacetyl) with some phenolic spice flavours. Watery body. Very poor.
