A stout brewed with a virtual cornucopia of malts, among these are three different heavily roasted malts, both oats and rye, a nice trio of caramel malts, all blended with a nice base of pale malt. This roasty beast is balanced out by a nice mixture of Chinook, Galena and Target hops. A special addition of wood fired, donkey milled, local Sorghum in the whirlpool caps off this brew, that weighs in around 6% abv.

Black. Actually a murky, cloudy dark brown. No head. Smells like coffee and, uh, coffee. Taste is coffee, some vanilla, bourbon notes, too. Some piney bitterness at the finish.

Very deep rick flavor of dark chocolate and black cherry. Lots of dark sweetness. Style wise, i would place this as a Bock or stout, big but does not have the roastiness that stouts have. This is very smooth
