COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION A stout brewed with a virtual cornucopia of malts, among these are three different heavily roasted malts, both oats and rye, a nice trio of caramel malts, all blended with a nice base of pale malt. This roasty beast is balanced out by a nice mixture of Chinook, Galena and Target hops. A special addition of wood fired, donkey milled, local Sorghum in the whirlpool caps off this brew, that weighs in around 6% abv.
