UPDATED: OCT 4, 2011 Beginning like a thick, malty mild, this beer has a great litt E tarness tinge at the end. When talking with the brewer, they told me they want something reminiscent of trail mix, and they did certainly make a wild, out sorest brew. The cedar flavor is really strong, but I unfortunately find it hindering the beer and preventing it from being more drinkable and refreshing. Still great though! On tap at frugal macdoogal Update 10/01/2011: Much smoother than the original feature, little to no cedar flavor. A lot maltier, much like the J Henry Mild.
