Draft pours brown with a tan head. Aroma of malt, sweet, and spice. Taste of caramel malt, yeast and a hint of spice.

Nashville draft passing through on spring break. Interesting banana notes in the aroma that carries into the flavor with some caramel too. Tasty for a mild.

Couple of pints on tap. Clear copper-brown with a lasting ring of creamy bubbles. Mild aroma of dark caramel, dry grass and maybe some light citrus. Taste is also mild but develops into raisin, toffee, lightly tart cherry and a touch of mocha on the finish. Near-medium body is well balanced and smoothly carbonated with only a small but nice tongue tingle on the finish.

A very average beer that is strangely acidic with flavors of coffee, toffee, with a slightly metalic and orange juice like presence. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pretty good. slight maple. slightly sweet. Slight caramel. Nice brew without overpowering alcahol or malt. Smoothe. Drank on draft at Mellow Mushroom. Great for Happy Hour.

My first beer from these guys, and I am fairly impressed. Lots of caramel and toffee, some coffee and smoke, too. Smooth and rich. Tastes pretty much like it smells, too, plus some light fruitiness and a crisp hop finish. Went really well outdoors on a blustery winter day...

On tap at Flying Saucer, Nashville. Pours a cloudy light brown with a thin tan head. Aroma of bready malts and light spices. Flavor of Belgian yeast, peppery spices, clove, and pale malts. Odd Belgian vibe from a mild but it’s good! 7/4/7/4/15 (3.7/5)

Sampled at the East Nashville Beer Festival, ’11 It takes balls to brew a Mild, and serious skill to brew one this good- very caramelly, smooth, malty, but not heavy or chewy. this is definitely the kind of beer that you could session for a long time. I hope the ABV is low, cuz i plan on visiting the brewery and getting a growler.

Brown, beige head. Aroma is caramel but some tinniness, light cocoa. Taste is a bit thin with cocoa, caramel.
