clear dark brown with ruby edges, fine beige head, streaks of drippy lace, rich milk chocolate and light coffee aroma, rich milk chocolate flavor, lots of milky sweetness brings out a huge chocolate character, light balancing coffee grows into a light bitter finish,

Draft. Blackish beer with a tan head. Chocolate and light roast aroma. Chocolate and light roast flavor with light coffee. Medium bodied. Dark chocolate lingers with light roast and malt.

Sample at the brewpub (as Coco Porter). Pours nearly black with a thin tan head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of chocolate and roasted malt. Medium, smooth body with flavors of milk chocolate, malt and mild hops. Mocha/cocoa flavor in the finish that lingers a bit. Above average overall.

on tap-pours a patchy light tan head and mahogany color. Aroma is dark malt-chocolate/cocoa powder. Taste is dark malt-chocolate/cocoa powder, cherry, faint hops. Lighter body than expected.
