BückDich (4497), Boise, Idaho, USA Mar 4, 2006 Draught at the brewpub: Blac, nose of dry roast and a bit of sweet licorice. The flavor is dry, lightly bitter and sour. On nitro this would be a guinnes. Light body, average stout. papajohn (978), San Diego, California, USA Sep 7, 2005 Nitro, on tap@Callahans: The darkest of brown in color with a thick beige guinness like head. Aroma of cocoa powder. Flavor is light coffee and cream (mocha) with a light bite in the finish. Palate is smooth and creamy, but thin. fordest (1655), Santee/San Diego, California, USA Jun 26, 2005 Draft. Dark Dark Brown. Head was pretty thick. Mostly coffee on the nose. Flavors added on chocolate and some roastiness with a bit of a hoppy aftertaste. Not a bad choice.
