Amber to red nice malt nose fruity tart start nicely carbonated. light watery finish not much body but godd quenchable beer

Clear golden red with fizzy head. Faint malty aroma, caramel malty taste with slight bitter finish.

on tap-pours a thin tan head that laces and amber color. Aroma is medium malt, faint metallic hops. Taste is medium malt, metallic hops. OK carbonation.

On tap at brewpub. Didn’t like the place much. Color was auburn/amber with an off white head. Aroma was pretty weak; maybe caramel. Flavor was quite good for style. Toasted malt, caramel, reddish malt. Ok.

UPDATED: MAY 18, 2010 On tap from the pub: Redish brown color with a medium yellowish head. Light malted milk shake to the nose. Flavor is sweet with a hint of nuttyness and
just a touch of hop bite in the finish.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew pours a clear amber color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes steadily. Spotty lacing. Malty aroma with some caramel and hops. Medium, soft body with a sweet malty character. Notes of caramel and nuts in the background along with a pinch of hops. The finish is sweet and malty with a short aftertaste. Just average overall.

Draught at the brewpub: Redish brown, nose of caramel, no hops but noticable bitterness. The flavor is light in diacetyl, thin body, decent finish. No character.
