Appearance: amber orange color. Medium head, of ivory color, few persistent. Aroma: fruitiness of pears, quince and green apples; citric; reminiscences of cinnamon, vanilla and honey. Herbal-hoppy with metallic note. No very malty. Flavor: unfortunately other disappointment of “calle-calle” beers, extremely citric and slightly rancid. However, some reminiscences of lemon honey and candy. Low hoppy. Palate: light body, silky texture. Medium carbonation. Disappointment.

A amber, orange-ish beer with a medium off-white head that diminishes quick. It leaves a small lacing. Aroma is fruity but slightly infected. Orange, pears, mellon...but that lemony scent that contaminates the nice potential fruity fragrance. Flavor is decent but it ends with that citrusy infection that tells something is just not right. Slightly bittersweet, acidic with fruity tastes of orange, tangerines and pomegranate. Body is medium, high carbonation. The texture is soft and maybe a little watery. Must improve a lot to make me want to try this again but it’s not enteriely bad. It has potential.

UPDATED: MAR 14, 2007 (in bottle, buy in the brewery). has something of caramel and flowers, cloudy and very pale color. The flavor is slightly acid and with a heavy bitterness. In paladar he is something light, thick and with a bitter end.
