2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours to a thick white creamy head atop a straw colored body. Slight hazyness. Fully lasting head. The aroma is strongly honey. Sort of reminds me of Viking’s Mjod (aroma). The flavor is lots of honey and something like lactose sugars. (which later I found out is not really that but the fact that Bob uses the same lager yeast for most of his beer). I was not really fond of the palate on this one. Should be lighter and more refreshing.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear orange with thick white rungs around the edges. Aroma is like honey on wheat bread, followed-up by some cleansing citrus hints. Flavor is fresh honey straight from the hive - has a deeper, honeycomb extraction taste to it. Sweet, some nutty underlying characteristics and caramel sugar accents, but the honey is the star here.
