COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cerveza natural artesana
A beer of low fermentation, Lager, of the Schwarzbier style, brewed with dark malts and hops. Black colored, with a perfect foam, roasted aroma, a taste more sweet than bitter with notes of coffee and licorice and an ashy aftertaste of black malts. (Translated from Spanish)

Tap at the Pozuelo outlet. Nutty roasted coffee aroma. Dark chestnut, lacing offwhite head. Dark chocolate roast flavor, espresso with sugar, coffee and a nice hoppy note retronasal. Chewy, light sparkly. Quite elegant actually, a really nice surprise after the other two muddled brews.

Scura, naso debole, malti tostati delicati. In bocca č dolce, molto cioccolato e un tocco di liquirizia. Non ben bilanciata con l’amaro.

75cl bottle from Calvin’s Beer in Pozuelo de Alarcón. It pours a cloudy deep ruby liquid with a beautiful high tan head that lasts throughout the but leaves just a little lacing. The aroma is mostly chocolate, with some hints of licorice and a good deal of roasty malts. It gets a little sour as it evolves. It tastes likewise, being sweet and bitter, with a little sourness. It has mild pleasant carbonation, medium-full body and a nice chocolate and licorice aftertaste, ending dry. The presentation is smart, but too basic, and without a customized crown cap. Nice schwarz.

0,75 l bottle as a gift.
Poured black as midnight, nice foamy stable tan head. Caramel-toffee, espresso coffee, some licorice in the aroma. Medium bodied one with a nice texture. Cappuccino, some chocolate, caramel and molasses in the flavor but not so sweet...Mild roasted grains, toffee in the aftertaste. Fine

UPDATED: JAN 18, 2012 Low fermentation beer, Lager, Swartzbier style, made with black Maltas and hops. Black color, roasted aromas, taste sweeter than bitter, with notes from coffee and liquorice, and some taste to black and ash-gray Maltas
