Bottle, bought from Verbier. Fruity aroma, cinnamon, cigarette smoke. Taste banana, good. When I added the geas and suddenly the hozy yellow orange... hmm. I need to make better notes. Read fatphils reviews below for ultimate satisfaction if that’s you’re after.

330ml bottle (Switzerland) - shared by Tranquillity - thanks!
Rich orange, cloudy, small head. Yeasty banana-ey hefeweizen aroma. Good hefe taste - sweet wheat, some coriander, and with some sharp biting hops. Not quite full enough in the body to compete with German hefe’s but way fuller than your average wit - I’d consider reclassifying it. Very tasty, also has a touch of vanilla in, I notice.

Bottle, 5.2%. Farty and spicy aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is spicy, some clove. The bitterness is slightly high and with a little grassy aroma hop to it.

Bottled 33cl. It pours a murky golden beer with a surprisingly small head. The nose is mainly of banana, coriander and orange peel. Light bodied. Slightly acidic. Dry finish with a huge amount of coriander. Thanks bov for this beer!

Cloudy golden colour with a small white head. Wheaty, sweet, clove spicy aroma with a yeasty and citric note. Wheaty sweet, spicy flavor with a light floral note.

Bottled. A headless, hazy orange coloured beer. The aroma has sweet fruits, but seems a little ’greasy’ The taste has some lemons and oranges and a little spice. It’s too sweet though and seems based on most French wits rather than Belgian ones so ends up thin of body. Very average.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Lightly hazy golden, small head. Fruit ynose with equal doses of vanilla, metal and orange. Too light bodied to stick together, the thin mouthfeel makes the flavours transparent and vague. It passes through my sensory organs and I only get slight nuances of flavour. What is is good, but it’s just to shy.

Bottled (Thanks Bov!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is hay, wheat malts, some sweetness. Flavour is hay, wheat, paper, quite mouthdrying. Some fruity and yeasty notes also as it gets warmer. A quite alternative Witbier.

tastes a bit like a liquid caramel toffee, rather sweet than sour, otherwise in the tradition of some Belgian wheat whites (Hoegaarden and others) .... actually quite a good brew from Switzerland (alas, there are not that many ...)

Bottle. Hazy golden coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of wheat with notes of citrus and yeast. Fruity flavour of yeast, wheat and citrus. Yeasty finish. The yeast is too dominating.
