Bottle. Light golden, hazy, small to average and mostly diminishing head. Light to moderate malty and lightly sweetish aroma, light herbal - vegetable hoppyness. Body is light to medium, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, faint fruitiness and hoppyness. Finish is short to average, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish, faint metal and light herbal hoppyness. "Non filtree" lager - otherwise nothing special.

On tap at Fete de la Musique 2015. Light golden lager, ever so slight haze. Quite a pleasant lager, clean and crisp with something of a hop bitterness in the finish. Unremarkable but hits the spot.

Appearance with golden pale color, partial cloudy liquid and small head. Fruity and floral aroma (nice malt). In the mouth it is acid, refreshing and fruity. Very good for a lager, not bad at all.

Drinks of the workd, Geneva bottle: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is kind of candied sugar and malt. Taste is light and a bit aweet. This does not taste like a pale lager. No, not one bit.

Bottled 330ml. -from Coop (near) Verbier, Switzerland. Cloudy pale golden coloured, small white head, mild grainy nose. Malty, light grainy, light fruity and notes of yeast and hops with mild bitterish finish. Not bad but pretty thin.

33 cl bottle, Le Chambles, Switzerland. Hazy yellow, faint citrus aroma with pepper background. Sharp citrus flavour, then malt sweetness coming through.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2014 330ml bottle poured in a chalice. A: A bit cloudy yellow color. Forms a nice big bubbled head when poured. Retention is small but a small layer remains forever. Very few lacings are left S: Smell is mild as the wit version. Bready malts, yeasts and earthy hops T: Follows the nose. Malty and bready. Crispy taste followed by a citric and earthy hoppy bitterness. In overall, taste is quite dry followed by a mild bitterness M: Very light body. Medium to low carbonation. Mild bitter aftertaste O: Very drinkable beer. Pleasant too. Better than the wit, IMHO [ BA Review @ 2/4/2012 ]

Like expected, this Swiss bio-malt based lager tastes a bit like cowfodder. Watery. Abrupt finish, which is probably a good thing because more aftertaste would be a disadvantage with the type of malts used. Compared with the other Swiss beers with substandard malt, this is one of the more drinkable beers, probably because of the choice in hops.
