COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
4. Post Tenebras Dignitas

Bottle. A dense, finger-thick, tan head sits on top of a black body. Not pitch black maybe, but sure dark. Roasted, lighlty sweetish nose with some tar and dark caramel. A fine bitterness in the flavor, along with roasted malts, coffee hints, caramel and some chocolate. Full body, pleasant carbonation. Lasting finish with some bitterness, but mostly roasted malts, choclate and some tar. Nice. 120622

The best beer that Calvinus do in my opinion. Hints of caramel, chocolate and coffee in aroma and taste, lovely dark appearance. Very smooth texture. Medium body, easy to drink. After a couple of years of trying out the various Calvinus beers at Geneva Airport, I’ve pretty much decided that this is the one. Shame I haven’t seen it anywhere outside Geneva because it’s a good beer.

0.33 bottle from coop/mitros. black. porter-like roastyness, milk-chocolate, on the nose. a bit of coffee (with milk), milk-chocolate, roasted barley in the taste. quite good, much like a brittish porter, but with a lighter touch (hence the milk- prefix to everything). Not that heavy either, good drinkability.
