750 ml bottle, thanks brenn79. Aroma is floral, honey, dirt, rotten feet. Pours as still and headless as a pinot grigio. Taste starts out sweet and finishes with a light dry bitterness; flavors of honey, cantaloupe, faint anise. Not bad, but would never seek again.

750 ml bottle- Pours light honey golden. Aroma is honey, honeysuckle, floral, some white wine. The taste is honey, floral, apples, alcohol, smooth. This is better than i was expecting, velvety smooth.

750ml bottle from the meadery. Pours very light, still gold. Aroma of faint earth and honey. Tastes of mild honey and faint spice. Light mouthfeel...a bit thin.

Bottle: Pours a golden green apple color that’s still. The nose is fresh with some apple and honey notes, fairly floral with an obvious sign of ample sweetness. The flavor has a moderate sweet impact with a syrupy mouthfeel and a relatively complex finish. Good for the style, but a bit too sweet and cloying for my liking. Alas, I had to dump it.
