COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Für dieses unfiltrierte, obergärige Bier haben wir 5 verschiedene Malzsorten, mehrere süddeutsche Hopfensorten und eine betriebseigene Hefe verwendet um dieses einzigartige Bier zu kreieren. Dieses Alebier ist sehr intensiv und komplex in der Nase und hat ein nach reifen Kirschen, Waldbeeren und Zwetschgen duftendes Aroma. Auf der Zunge ist es sehr vollmundig, kompakt und dennoch frisch. Im Ausklang hinterlässt es einen kräftigen, weich abgerundeten, rezenten Eindruck mit einer leichten Bittere umrahmt von feinen Apfel-Zimt Noten. Camba Amber Ale passt hervorragend zu Geflügel, Braten und Hausmannskost. Unfiltriertes, bernsteinfarbenes Alebier Rein obergärige Bierhefe Fruchtig weich mit abgerundeten Kirsch und Waldbeeren-Noten 7,2% vol. alc., Stammwürze 16,8% Intensives, komplexes Alebier Vollmundig und doch frisch Im Ausklang kräftig, weich abgerundeter rezenter Eindruck umrahmt von feinen Apfel-Zimt Noten

(draught) pours a hazy deep amber colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of caramel, light roasted malts and vanilla, with a hint of tropical fruit and herbal hops. flavour is mostly the same, lots of caramel and roasted malt, with light notes of bubble gum and mint. medium to heavy-bodied with average carbonation.
