COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A pair of dirty beige lips biting a muddy brown cherry: can I nominate this label for the golden raspberry/brown cherry of beer label design? Pours a thinnish brown ale, aromas of beetroot sugar, caramels/cassonade, further crisp malt aromatics and a certain earthy/spicy hop I quite like. Taste aptly matched by descriptor apple-cinnamon, with watery touches of further caramelised pear/apple, butterscotch, - maybe some stone fruits at best. Odd mix of creamy tastes dissolved in a very watery palate at 7,3%. drinkable in its own right, but stylistically so-so.

edpeg (806) - Berlin, GERMANY - MAY 27, 2014
Amber colored slightly cloudy body with beige head. Aroma plums, sweet malts, some fruity hops. Palate is slick, oily and soff, carbonated mouthful. Taste is malty and sweet with fruity citrus hops edge. Overall rather sweet and oily. Decent high ABV amber but too heavy on sugars and lingering licorice. Fruity hops balance it out somewhat but not enough.

Laff.

mile (2851) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAY 17, 2014
Bottle. Golden, hazy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty and caramel sweetish aroma, light fruitiness and light bread, faint hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and caramel sweetish flavor, light fruitiness and light bread. Finish is average, malty and sweetish, some caramel and light bread, light citrus hoppyness. Caramel sweetish amber ale - really nothing special.

Pours out of the bottle in a hazy amber colour with low head and medium body. Aroma of vanilla and caramel. Taste of leaves, hops, caramel, nuts and vanilla. Mild finish with hints of honey and vanille. Not a bad one but not very inspiring at all.
