All black with a thin, creamy, beige film head. Aroma has dry roasted malts, some chocolate, light liqourice. Highish carbonation, thinish and dry mouthfeel. Flavour is dry, roasted, chocolate, soft astringency, light black currant. Quite dry and bitter malty finish.

RateBeer says this is rating no 3333. Swing-top by 23.07.2012. Nose a big wall of chocolate with some roast and red berry, dusty mocha and a nice burned edge. Coke pour with a light brown head. Watery light body, heavy carbonation, chocolate and lesser contributors are still there but have become somewhat shy, the only constant is that rubbery roast. Semi-dry and fizzy.

500ml bottle. Opaque black with medium to huge collapsing macropore tan head. Sourish notes are prevalent in the otherwise slightly roasty aroma that lacks wideness and depth. Taste starts promising with smokey ham-like notes and roast, but collapses immediately to a watery dry concoction with hints of coffee only sporadically flaring up. Light body, unable to integrate the different aromatic partitions into a whole.

040212: Clear dark color with average size beige head. Roasted aroma. Flavor is roasted and burned. Needs some alcohol fulness.

Bottle. High credamy lasting off-white head. Roasted malt liquorice aroma. Mild coffee roasted malt liquorice flavor. Low carbonation. Powerful flavor in spite of the low alcohol percentage. Low carbonation, long aftertaste.

Black with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel and toffee with a strong vegetable note. Sweetish malty flavour with caramel and toffee, some vegetable and canned corn notes and a chocolate finish

some greyish brown head, black. very light nose with a little dark chockolate. medium body and length. Fruity with a little hay and roasted chockolate. very light snd borderline booring. A higher temperature makes it give some more, but then it also turns a bit watery,

Camba Bavaria, Truchtlinger.
Egészen mély, vörösesbarna színe van, habja fehér, krémes, közepes méretű és igen kitartó. Illata engem emlékeztet egy frissen ácsolt fából készült hátsó mellék helységére, ami egy kicsit megvan perzselve, mellette kávé és egy kis élesztő. Íze neszkávés, pörkölt magokat érezni benne és kissé fanyar. Kissé vizes teste van és alig buborékos. Utóízeben is van egy kis fanyarság és vizes kávésság, elég száraz. Nem lehet egyértelműen eldönteni, hogy ez egy stout vagy egy bajor fekete sör akar lenni, de azért nem olyan rossz.

Tap in the Horseshoe NW3. Dark black colour, thick white head. Not too bad - smooth drinking, a little sweet, some cocoa/coffee. Possibly served a bit cold, but felt a little bit smooth and lacking in texture and malty flavours.

On draft at the brewery. Pitch black with a medium head. Smooth for a stout. Some dark fruit. Find it sweet.
