COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Camba Hop Gun has an intense chestnut colour with a bright, sticky foam. The aroma is dominated by fruity notes of peach, raisins and cherries, pared with a hint of caramel. The taste is lightfooted and refreshing. The addition of typical american hops like simcoe and amarillo results in a balanced composure of fruity cocktail and well regulated bitterness with a light caramell finish. The alcoholic content is 6,4 %, the original gravity is 14,6 ° Plato with 46 IBU.

Bottle. Amber colored with a golden copper shimmer and a creamy tan head. Strong fruity notes in the nose with tropical passion fruit and citrus grapefruit. Accompanied by a light alcoholic pepper note and some plum from the malt. The taste is dominated by hoppy bitterness that is there all along. However, malty sweetness still has strong presence. The body is surprisingly thick with a nice alcoholic warmth in the mouth that gives the fruity hoppy aroma an interesting darker touch. It makes a great combination of tropical hop notes and dark fruit. The carbonation is medium to high and the mouthfeel starts if crisp but turn very smooth soon. The finish is quite bitter as is the medium strong aftertaste.

Pours clear deep mahogany red with one-finger beige head. Aroma is mango, almost banana, some grass. Restrained malt body, without any of the darker malt character that might be expected. Finishes with some bread sweetness under the hop aromas noted above. Pleasant enough.
