Swing top bottle. Golden color. Lime and banana in the aroma. Milky citric flavor with banana notes. The strong citrus character makes this beer quite refreshing.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, wheat, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruits and wheat, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Swing-top marked 24.10.2012. Strong nose of wheat and yeast. Cloudy orange pour with a rocky, lacing off-white head. Taste a little raspy at first with a hint of alcohol showing, strong wheat and yeast leading the way, faint hinter of vanilla and an even fainter hint of lemony citrus. Somewhat crisp medium body smooths out. Solid if unspectacular.

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Hazy deep yellow golden color. Very peppery and clovey aroma. Very peppery and clovey flavor with bready wheat and some banana. Full bodied and highly carbonated. Hefty spiciness, reminds me of christmas cookies.

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond medium-foamy head. Yeasty and sweet grainy malty aroma with a present wheat-character, notes of banana, vanilla and clovy spice. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Yeasty grainy malty and moderately wheaty taste with banana and phenolic spices; medium-dry, sweet and slightly sour-fruity finish. A tad too yeasty for my liking but still a mellow Hefeweizen. 08.IX.10
