COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Unfiltriertes dunkles Lagerbier
Rein untergärige Bierhefe
Malzig, karamellartiger Geschmack mit leichten Röstaromen
Hauptgärung im offenen Gärbottich; Reifung in liegenden Lagertanks
Gebraut nach dem Rezept unseres Braumeisters und Biersommeliers Markus Lohner aus Truchtlaching

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, metal, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, metal, and bread, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear dark amber with a creamy off-white head. The nose is not so pleasant, farty and sewer-like. Medium body, solid caramel accents - luckily the farts have vanished.... Subdued bitterness. 031212

Bottle. Cloude reddish brown, relatively low head. Light berrylike aroma. Good balance between roast, fruit and aromatic hops, finished of a caramel and berry note. Pleasant brew which for me tilts more into Vienna territory.
