COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Parmesan).

Unfiltriertes helles Lagerbier
Rein untergärige Bierhefe

500 ml flip-top bottle. Is a gold color. Pours a white huge head. Soft sweet malty Helles aroma and taste. Palate has a metallic hoppy finish. Not their best beer but still good.

Clear yellow, nice creamy head. Fresh smell: a bit of grass but quite neutral. Taste is a bit nutty, a bit grassy, a bit malty. Almost no bitterness. Fizzy and light body.

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Hazy deep golden. Aromas of honey and toffee. Sweetish honeyish flavor with caramel, toffee, some breadyness and fruity bitterness. Soft rounded palate with low carbonation.

It’s unclear/heavily hazy golden with a white head. The mouth feel is very fizzy, the carbonation is unpleasant. The aroma has notes of slightly dusty grain, bread, hay and fruit. The flavor has a light sweetness with the same notes, leading towards citrus at the end. But because of the hard carbonation I’m not really fond of it...

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts mild, modest grasy-malty, more and more moldy. A bit sourish background. Finish a bit unbalanced, still grasy-moldy. Not my favourite beer from that brewery.
