Malt, earth and newspaper in aroma.
Malt and mild hoppy bitterness in flavour.
Not very inspiring.

Slender swing-top by 30.10.2012, and a gusher. Very pretty, bready-yeasty profile, smells of extremely fresh bread, with light pretzel, but also grassy-floral and boozy. Lightly hazed orange body with tons and carbonation and the attendant large soapy white head (perhaps it is better for lagers to be filtered and not referment in the bottle?) which is noisy and extremely long-lasting. Crisp medium body, low sweetness and bitterness co-exist is commendable balance, there’s light spice from the hops, and the yeast continues to overwhelm whatever flavor contribution the malt was going to make. I’d be happy to try it again and up the score.

Swing top bottel. Golden color. Pours a huge head. Soft malty grassy aroma and flavor. Persistant slightly metallic hopbitter finish.

Sörspecialista, Budapest. Csillogó arany színű főzet, közepes méretű és közepesen kitartó szivacsos szerkezetű, laza fehér habbal. Kissé jellegtelen illatában csipetnyi fűszerességet és malátát véltem felfedezni. Íze igen malátás, kissé vajas érzetű és enyhén gyümölcsösen komlós, alig keserű. Közepesen testes és szénsavas, nem túl száraz világos. Jóleső Helles, de semmi különös.

Camba Bavaria, Truchtlinger.
Világos, sárgaréz színe van, habja fehér, igen nagy méretű és krémes állagú, igen kitartó. Illata enyhén gyümölcsös, teás, tejkaramellás. Telt íze van, finom gyümölcsökkel, kis teával, élesztővel, derekas adag malátával és egy kis komlóval. Nem igazán testes és közepesen szénsavas. Utóíze keserédes és enyhén fanyar. Kellemes mindennapi itóka, különösebb különlegesség nélkül.

Golden semi-hazy body, white head. Aroma of grassy hops, malty toffee. Flavour has nutty malt, deep bitterness, herbal and grassy hops. Quite fresh, but a bit unnecessary brew.

Milder, etwas muffiger Herbeantrunk mit gediegenen Getreidenoten. Laff bleibend, das Getreide wird immerhin etwas klarer ersichtlich, das Bier bleibt auf mildem Niveau. Minimal hefig, zum Ende trocken. Nun bleiben die Aromen so bestehen, das Bier verändert sich nicht mehr. Langweilig! 11/6/7/5/6/4

light unclear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration, grainy, sweet malt. Very much left over sweetness. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is lively - heavy carbonated. [20110322]

(bottle) a gusher. pours a hazy golden colour with lots of miniscule floaties and a billowing frothy white head. aroma of honeyed pale malts, caramel, floral hops and some light yeast. flavour is the same, with a light touch of grain and a light herbal-hoppy bitter finish. medium-bodied with lively carbonation.

(swing top bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a massive foamy white head. Mildly sweet grainy malty aroma with notes of biscuits and persipan. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderately carbonated mouthfeel. Solid grainy malty base with notes of honey and pistachios; sweet malty and slightly grainy finish. Nothing of complexity but very pleasant to drink. 08.IX.10
