Bügelverschlußflasche: Pale golden to golden, hazy, medium-sized white fluffy head; sweet pale-malty and bisquity nose with hops underneath; soft, nearly full bodied, sweet-bitter flavour; slightly lingering bisquity and delicate hoppy finish. Well crafted BOck, but nevertheless a bit disappointing compared to other gorgeous CAMBA brews.......

Wenig herber und etwas süßer Antrunk mit rockenen hellmalzigen Noten, ein wenig alkoholisch. Mild, wenig abwechslungsreich. Zum Ende etwas getreidig, weiterhin mäßig intensiv. Dann alkoholisch trocken, etwas muffig. 7/7/8/7/8/7

Bottle @ J&C, Friday session, 2011. Thanks. Pours unclear golden with a small creamy white head. Grain and grass. Sweet anf fruity. Very easy drinkable with a smooth palate. Good.

Unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, hay, straw,toasted, malty, fruity. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110325]

Felbontáskor úgy igyekezett kifelé üvegbörtönéből, mint egy jól felrázott minőségi pezsgő, sisteregve, óriási habbal és vehemenciával borít el mindent. Színe világos narancssárga és ködös, párás, habja pedig először óriási, mérgesen gomolygó, buborékoló, ami rövid időn belül megnyugszik és összehúzódik egy vékony, de stabil csíkká. Már kitöltéskor felfigyelhetünk arra a rendkívül gyümölcsös, édeskés, mandarinos, ananászos és likőrös illatra, ami mindent betölt. Íze erősen citrusos, élesztős, erjedő szőlőmustos, kissé komlós és fanyar. Közepesen testes és erősen szénsavas. Utóíze gyümölcsös, keserédes és kissé savanykás. Nagyon érdekes egy sör, tele olyan jegyekkel, amik a jobb belga erős ale-ra jellemzők, de van benne egy nem oda illő fanyarság. A felbontáskor történő bombaszerű kitörés is talán arra utal, hogy netalántán a sör fertőzött lett volna? Kíváncsi lennék még egyre, mert az illata alapján igazán ígéretesnek tűnik.

(swing top bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Sweet biscuity malty aroma with notes of honey, backed by citric and flowery hops. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a smooth carbonation. Pale malty and biscuity taste with a touch of honey and fruity and flowery noble hops; moderately sweet and slightly bitter hoppy finish. An aromatic pale Bock. 08.IX.10

0.5 l bottle. Hazy deep golden color. Sweet, malty, honeyish and fruity aroma. The flavor is very much the same with toffee and hint of nuts and bread. Low on hops. Tastes like strong kellerbier to me.

Bottled (thanks Timo A!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel malts, quite sweet as well as some mild notes of alcohol and mild fruityness. Flavour is quite much the same. A quite pleasantly tasting beer.
