Slender swing-top by 03.10.2012, but they really need to enforce stricter quality control for label application. Nose is a heavy grainy bread, wheat and yeast of course, but raw and a little mashy. Hazy golden leaning toward orange with a beautiful rocky white head. Lightish body, a little grainy, dry and feels a little dull. A very depressed wheat profile with none of the classic character spikes, just a thin and wishy-washy offering.

Banana, wheat and fruits in aroma.
Flavour is mild with wheat, malt, some fruity sweetness and... well, not much more. It’s very leicht but also quite spritzig.

Der dünne Antrunk ist stellvertretend für das ganze Bier; eine seichte Hefenote und wenig süße Noten sind führend. Angenehm ist die im Verlauf aufkommende bananige Note, die zwar ebenfalls mild ist, das Bier aber dennoch solide anführt. Leichtes spritziges Weizen – ohne wenn und aber. 9/7/9/7/7/8

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It pours a clear, dark golden body and a small, off-white head. Banana on the nose, with a touch of bubble gum and cloves. Some wheat as well. The flavor has banana and some cloves. A little lemony sourness too. Short banana finish. Medium body with appropriate carbonation. A quite nice one, at least considering its ABV. 110320
