Camba Bavaria, Truchtlinger.
Vöröses árnyalatú, sötétebb sárga színe van, habja fehér, közepes méretű és kitartású, laza szerkezetű. Illatában igen nagy mennyiségű édeskés maláta érződik, sárga gyümölcsökkel és egy kis kávés beütéssel. Íze is hasonló az illathoz, amiben rengeteg a maláta, vannak benne fűszerek, pörkölt felhangok és egy kis érdekes, gyümölcsös gumicukros beütés. Közepesen testes és szénsavas. Utóíze gyümölcsös és keserédes. Kellemes, társalkodáshoz való márciusi.

Bottle. Deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, caramel. Flavour is sweet, malt, caramel, fruit, floral. OK beer.

Malzig-milder Antrunk, im Mittelteil sofort viel schwöcher, das Malz bricht ein, das Bier wird wössrig. Weder hopfig noch würzig, höchstens leicht hefig. Weiterhin wässrig, das Malz ist absolut schwach, immerhin aber erkennbar. Wenig karamellig. Nicht wirklich gelungen. 11/7/6/5//5

Pours clear amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat and grain. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Murky brown colour with big fast disappearing off-white head.
Caramel malt and grain in aroma.
Flavour is malt, grain and some sweetness. Quite balanced.

Bottle, from trade with fonefan. A gusher, producing a big, collapsing, off-white head on top of a slightly unclear amber body. Malty nose with a hint of caramel and a pleasant fruity touch. The flavor has a nice bitterness towards the end, with pale malts and some roasted notes. Pleasant grassy notes too. Lasting, pleasant finish. A rather nice märzen from a brewery I’m starting to grow fond of. 110420

Unclear medium to dark golden orange color with a large, initial speaking, frothy to fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, hay, straw, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dusty, malty, orange hops, deep and warm flavor. Body is medium, texture is oily to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110310]

(swing top bottle) Hazy, amber to copper colour with a tanned thick foamy head. Sweet caramel-malty and bready aroma with notes of chestnuts and a tinge of herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Hearty cara-malt character with biscuity and nutty notes; medium-dry sweet malty and delicately hop bitter finish.
