COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Unfiltriertes kastanienfarbenes Lagerbier
Rein untergärige Bierhefe
Malzig, karamellbetontes Aroma
Hauptgärung im offenen Gärbottich; Reifung in liegenden Lagertanks
Gebraut nach dem Rezept unseres Braumeisters und Biersommeliers Markus Lohner aus Truchtlaching

Hazy amber with little white head. Aroma is some butter, malty bread. Taste is some fruity and malty sweetness, some citrussy sourness. A grassy hook in the finish. Lots of little bubbles. Ok.

Tap at Taphouse Munich. Not sure what I should think of this. Lightly sour, lively carbonation, but very low aroma and flavours. A bit dirty and dusty. Thin.

Tap. Hazy orange color with creamy white head. Aroma is sweet caramel, bready. Taste is slightly tartly fruity, more sweet bread and caramel. Medium carbonation. Okay, quite drinkable, but not really good - too sweet.

DraftDodger (1079) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 19, 2016
Copenhagen 19/6 2016. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Classic label design with something that looks like af fish with wings in the center. Pours slightly hazy light amber/orange with white head. Moderate lacing. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Aroma is malty with sweet caramel and brown sugar but with sharp bitter twist. Light carbonation and slightly thick palate. Taste har nice caramle sweetness forllowed by a slightly rough bitterness. Well balanced aftertaste. Nice - if not extraordinary Märzen.

Melaszáradat és tömkeleg. Dimenzionálatlan, ún. unharmonikus. Nem áll össze eggyé, így leginkább gejl.

Fules (786) - Gyöngyös, HUNGARY - MAR 14, 2016
Nagy, tartós, sárgásfehér hab, narancssárga szín, szűretlen. Illata malátás, enyhe mandarinos, narancsos beütéssal. Domináns malátás ízvilág, markáns, de gyorsan háttérbe szoruló keserű, déligyümölcsös aromákkal és icipici karamellel. Utóíze enyhén kesernyés, friss, élénk gyümölcsös. Közepesen testes, könnyed, frissítő sör.

Draught at the brewery. Caramel and brown sugar in the aroma, pure Munich malt in the flavour. Creamy, very grainy, light sweet. Surprisingly pleasant beer.
