Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, banana, wheat malt and hops.

Tap. Fruity nose, banana, pears, grass. Cloudy orange yellow big white head. Light metallic yeasty notes, fruits, some hop aromatics. Mellow sparkly mouthfeel

# 3204 ersma: so jung und schon so viele kinder - seit fünf jahren gbit es die brauerei, über 40 sorten sind immer im programm. gold-orange und trübe mit viel schaum. der geruch bringt viel hefe mit, dazu zitrus und säuerlichkeit. der antrunk ist ebenfalls mit viel hefe ausgestattet. zitrus und säure sind auch zu finden sowie säuerlichkeit. die mitte wird süßer, hefe bleibt aber dominant. zum ende kommt etwas hopfenherbe hinzu, neben der hefe tauchen getreidige töne auf, die säuerlichkeit ist nach wie vor klar vorhanden. die flasche ist klar, aber auch etwas langweilig gestaltet. fazit: mäßiges weizen, das sehr hefe- und säurelastig daherkommt. das kann die brauerei besser.. 11,7,7,8,9,7 - 7,65 - 26/2/13

A hazed golden weizen with a thin white head. In aroma, classic sweet banana esters, cloves, cream and berries. In mouth, a light watery weizen with bananas, light cloves.

It’s unclear golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, fruit peach and pear, wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of mild yeast, fruit, again pear and some exotic fruit, wheat and the finish is slightly yeast...

from bottle. pours a hazy orange colour and a minimal white head that disappears quite quickly for a weissbier. the aroma is defined by the usual fruity banana and yeast notes but way less intense than the aromas of other representatives of the style. the body is quite light, the carbonation is rather low and all in all one has a watery mouthfeel. barely any complexity to find in this one. disappointing brew!

Bottle. Golden, cloudy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty – wheaty and lightly sweetish aroma, light fruitiness with light banana, some yeast. Body is medium, malty – wheaty and lightly sweetish flavor, light fruitiness with light banana. Finish is average, malty – some wheat and lightly sweetish, light banana, some yeast and faint spiciness. Nice, not so sweet hefeweizen.

500ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with small to average frothy unstable white head. Wheaty minimally yeasty aroma with a fruity pear note and a spicy touch. Slightly sweet fruity taste has notes of pear and pineapple, soft creamy palate. Very nice fruity aroma with borrowings from a Weizenbock, inexplicable insufficiency concerning appearance.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts mild, fine yeasty, not too dry. Mild fruity, modest sweet. Finish well balanced, less yeasty, quite drinkable. A good one.
