Das Truchtlinger Bier vom 1. Tag. Einfach was Guads!

A korty citrommal indít, ami aztán végig elkíséri a sört. Mellette búzás, banános aromák sejlenek, hangyányi karamellel. Utóíze a korty egyenesági leszármazottja. Közepesen testes. Sajnos sok a citrus, majdnem mindent elnyom.

Bottle. 5.4%. Best before 09.08.16. Pours a hazy dark amber/brown, with a disappearing light beige/tan head. Fruity aroma with a light hop, caramel and yeast notes. Hint of a metallic overtone. Light sour note as it warms, and the fruity note takes on a wee bit of overripeness. Flavour is sweet, with yeast and light hops on a (dried) fruit background. Banana note as it warms. Yeasty and a bit tart finish. Soft palate. Overall good, well-balanced. 26.05.16.

0.5l bottle. Hazy dark orange body, thin white head. Aroma of lemon juice, vinegar, salt and banana. Taste of caramel, toast, banana, lemon zest and yeast. It’s like a mixture of a gose and a dunkelweizen, although the taste is rather sweet than salty. Nice.
