COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Well balanced, medium-bodied, with a deep amber-red color, its complex palate covers all the bases. A maltycaramel sweetness is followed by notes of chocolate and a dry, slightly roasty finish, complimented by a touch of fruity, spicy hops.

Caramel and malty nose on this brown pour. Flavor is a shallow amount of hops then sweetness. Lacing is left after a couple sips. Smooth with a slight bitter finish.

On tap at CBC. Deep reddish-amber pour with a clingy one-finger white head and a little lacing. Aroma is mostly malty with some biscuit notes, caramel, chocolate, and citrusy hops. Sweet caramel and toffee malt notes on the flavor, with a hint of roast and chocolate along with citrusy hops on the finish lending an average bitterness level for the style. Medium-bodied and fairly clean on the palate. A nice example of the style overall, but not a standout.

On tap at brewpub. Excellent lunchtime beverage today while working in the area. Surprising how much charcter this one has despite the low abv. Good caramel taste while not being too overly sweet.
