Commercial Description: The Cambridge Brewing Co. (CBC) is celebrating the Fourth of July, along with the fifth annual American Beer Month, with “red,” “white,” and “blue” beer. The “red” is American Red Ale, a hoppy, ruby-hued beer made entirely with U.S.-grown malt and hops.
Amber in color with a slight haze and a thin white head. toasted malt aroma with mildly spicy hops. Flavor is or bready/toasted malt and earthy/spicy hops.
