3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
22 oz bottle. Pours slightly hazy straw yellow with a big meringue like white head that retains well and laces the glass some.
The aroma is sweet wheaty malts, some fruit and a lot of musty Belgian character and some pepper and bubblegum.
The flavor is sweet fruity malts, earthy yeast and a decent bitter finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with low carbonation.
Overall, a nice Belgian IPA.

Very fresh bottle from Craft Beer Cellar. Somewhat yeasty with lots of hops. Above average mouthfeel, orange flavour.

Serving: 22 oz. bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours a clear amber color with a lasting off white head. Nice grassy and pine aroma. A little sweet up front for the style with slightly old grass and pine hop notes. A bit dense on the tongue with a medium finish. I wouldn’t mind a little less sweetness and a little lighter body in this one. Decent.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bomber. Pineapple aroma with notes of citrus and a bit of pine. Pours hazy golden colored with a huge, soapy white head with decent retention and lacing. Starts sweet with pineapple juice and a bit of citrus. Finishes dry with the pineapple sticking to the palate before giving way to the piney bitter hop finish. Interesting and quite enjoyable.

Bomber into a glass. Cloudy gold pour. Aroma of pine and citrus, a bit soapy. Taste is very much the same...surprisingly light on bitterness with a nice sweetness. Very well-balanced. Light pineapple juice notes. Overall finishes with a lasting juicy, yet lightly pine bitter finish. East drinking.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Nice clean crisp beginning. Citrus and light floral grape note up front with a subtle hoppy ending. Slight grapefruit throughout. Not getting a ton of the Belgian yeast, but it is there, along with some sweetness.

Cervesa amb un aroma que atreu molt, però no correspon amb el gust, el llevat li treu protagonisme al llúpol.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle picked up from Beers of Europe, consumed at home Sunday 5th October 2014. Pours glowing murky orange with filmy white hops. Soft in mouth, spicy in mouth, a sweet spicy orange fruity bite. Bit disappointed to see this was bottled 2012! Not sure how long BOE are keeping some of their beers for. A7 A3 T7 P4 Ov15 3.5

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours hazy golden with a large off-white head. Smells funky, fruity, hints of citrus. Taste is kind of farmhouse-like, hints of funk, hints of citrus and pine bitterness. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture and active mouth-carbonation, Cambridge Audacity of Hops finishes with fading subtle bitterness.
