COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION The Cambridge Brewing Co. (CBC) is celebrating the Fourth of July, along with the fifth annual American Beer Month, with “red,” “white,” and “blue” beer. The “blue” is a CBC first: Blueberry Ale, fermented in oak barrels with 1.5 pounds of wild Maine blueberries for every gallon. The result is a beer with a “striking deep bluish-purple hue with an astounding lavender head, and aromas and flavors of fresh blueberries,” said CBC Head Brewer Will Meyers.
