COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Two CBCs must be better than one, right? Cambridge Brewing Companty, cutting edge brewers, teams up with Craft Beer Cellar, local craft beer shop pioneers. Together we present this collaborative beer style mashup of a Hoppy Hefe - where HefeWeizen meets India Pale Ale. It feautures Mosaic, Galaxy, and Sorachi Ace hops and barley, wheat and rye malts. A new Hefeweizen yeast offers spice and fruit and bridges the gap between cereal grains and floral, citrusy, tropical hops. On tap here now at CBC, and coming soon in bottled format available exclusively at both CBCs. One sip and youre bound to agree that we are all livin the dream. WORD!

From the 650 ml. bomber. Served around 40 degrees. Cloudy pale yellow to light amber pour building up to a ridiculously foamy head about 4 fingers deep. Highly carbonated might be an understatement. Once you let it settle down, the aroma emits a wondrous wheat, barely, tropical fruit, and floral hop sensation. Everything merges together nicely. Light to medium acidic body. The wheat introduces itself first on the nose followed by aforementioned the citrus hop character but its the hop character that really takes over in the flavor. A Hefe with a hopped-up bite.

Tap @ lord hobo. Citrus grapefruit hops initially. As well as some resin. But more bubblegum and Perfume present as it warms. Not much wheat character.

On tap at Cambridge when my wife and I stopped in for lunch on the way to the Cape from our Maine trip. Pours a very hazy gold with a thin white head. Big spicy citrus, lemon and wheat spice. Super hoppy, wheat and lemon. Warm yeast, chewy wheat. Super tasty, big body, very drinkable. Long grapefruit and lemon. Awesome.
