4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Aroma: tart cherries with a hint of oak. Not loads of bubbles, which was fine by me.
Appearance: a lovely dark crimson. Not much light getting through this one, a few shades lighter and it would have been magical.
Taste: Whoa, this baby sang. tang up front with oak in the back. balance is the key word they use and it deserves every bit of it. Not too sweet, just right for me.
Palate: nice and creamy, like a symphony in your mouth.
Overall: worth the trip. a steal @ $6 a glass.
woody, red, minimal head, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, heavily sour, full body, creamy, soft carbonation, long finish,
