Back by popular (and incessant) demand, itís CBCís most sought after seasonal beer! Bottle poured into snifter. Super pumped to finally try this pumpkin! The aroma has nice presence of pumpkin, cinnamon and spice but the flavor doesnít really match up. The flavor is somewhat bitter and lacking that pumpkin flavor so Iím more then a little disappointed with this one.

Not a bad pumpkin. More of a session autumn ale then what I typically look for in a pumpkin but still tasty. More pumpkin flavor than pumpkin spice which was also fairly refreshing

Bottle. Orange amber pour, off-white head. Pumpkin pie spices (nutmeg and such), a bit of sweetness, bread, and of course pumpkin. Fairly light, not surprisingly. Fine, but nothing to write home about.

22oz bottle in a tulip. Very carbonated. Pours copper with a thick, lacy, cream-colored head. Aroma of caramel malts, pumpkin, spices, a little light fruit, and some floral hops. Flavor about the same, with more pumpkin. Average texture. A decent pumpkin beer.

22 ounce. Batch No 2. Big carbonation. Light pumpkin taste. Not heavily spiced which is decent. Bit of a spritzer like quality.

Bottle at Sanderís place in NYC. Pours slightly cloudy orange-amber with a fine white head. Some faint pumpkin and spice in the nose, with lightly toasted malts. Flavor is light to medium sweet, some light bread, mild spiciness, slight tang, light bitterness. Medium bodied with very lively. Alright balance in the finish, a bit of pumpkin character in the aftertaste, light leafy bitterness, light nutmeg, mildly sweet. Iíd say this beer is a little bit past its prime, but the heart is still there. Even still, itís just an OK beer.

Bottle/22oz - Pours a slightly cloudy golden orangish amber in color with a medium and tight white head that stuck around to produce a small amount of lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild of bready yeasts, pumpkin pie spices and very slight of pumpkin itself. Flavor is pretty mild all around with pumpkin spices with just a hint of pumpkin fruit. Nice slightly bitter finish. I like the mild spicing along with the authentic pumpkin flavor. A very drinkable/sessionable beer...

Pumpkin Ale is Pumpkiny. Taste is lightly malty and nicely spiced with the usual pumpkin spices. The base beer is a little MEH! with some wierd bready malty notes that border on unpleasant. Still a good offering from a local brewery.
