Sample from tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with quickly disappearing head. Wheaty and slight yeasty aroma. Flavour is the same and has a slight citric and orange addition. Finish is citrus fruity. Ok hefe-weizen but nothing great.

Hazy golden. Clean, well-balanced with some banana, vanilla, marshmallow character. Off-dry finish. Yeasty, maybe even coriander accent. Well-made but it didn’t captivate me.

A hazy blonde weizen with a thin white head. Light pleasant banana esters in aroma, cloves, pungeant and interesting. In mouth, a nice clean weizen with light fruityness, more wheaty and oily than expected. Nice offering. On tap at brewpub, July 1, 2009

Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub. Tons of lace that follows a yellow body with noticeable white head. Creamy mouthfeel, clean and refreshing taste. Good example of the style. Fresh aroma.

On tap at Cambridge when my wife and I stopped in for lunch on the way to the Cape from our Maine trip. Pours a very hazy gold with a thi nwhite head. Big wheat and soft lemon. Soft wheat, light lemon notes. Musky yeast, warm banana and lemon. Lemony with banana notes, wheat and yeast. Gentle lemon, bright and tangy.

Draft at the brewery as part of a sampler. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a small white head. Notes of wheat, banana, clove, bread, grass, and lemon citrus. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a dry mouthfeel. I agree with lushawn that this is a bit like a saison but it didn’t give me the chubby it gives him.

Draught at the brewpub. Very spicy, though natural, with a nice citric edge, though from esters, not American hops. Rich banana, great balance. Some hops in there as well. Big spice. Great stuff with excellent balance. Tingly, slightly bitter, peppery finish.
