On cask at the 26th Annual Folk Festival in Ely. An dark golden colour with a decent white head. Strong caramel aroma and flavour with some biscuit notes. Mild bitterness and dryness with a fruity hop finish. OK.

Clear medium brown amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, burnt caramel, dry, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Good balanced beer. [20100430]
