COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask & Bottle Conditioned; Special - brewed to celebrate the arrival of Comet Ison in 2013.

This strong, hoppy ale is amber coloured and has a full body with 7 different American hops. Rich and full flavoured with a delicious hoppy aroma, taste and finish.

Bottle, 7.7%. Hazy dark amber with small beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted and hop. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, medium sweet, hop, grapefruit, herbal and medium bitter.

Very hazy amber - brown beer. Residual cream coloured head. Palate is low carbonation and a little dry. Rich malt, slightly salty. Marmalade hops, medium bitter. Touch of cherry. Finishes semi dry with a mild hop bitter aftertaste. A little barleywine like. All right.

Bottle, 33 cl, at Papsø, thanx. Interesting deep orange amber, z, with a small beige. Greasy herbal hoppy nose with quite some caramel and toffee accents. Taste is sweet malty, a little sticky, very fruit, with a shitload of hops, floral, herbal, grassy and grapefruity. Long lingering finish.
