Cask at Peterborough Beer Fest. Deep golden. Dusty nose. Medium sweet and dominated by chewy, caramelly malt. Notes of spun sugar and bread fills out. Solid body for it’s size, but really low bitterness.

Cask handpump at Cambridge BF ’07. Amber with a buttery malt aroma. Gentle, undemanding malt taste with a grainy background. A bit watery to be honest, and lacking bitterness.
