COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A blend of pale malts starts us off, combined with our house Belgian yeast strain and a touch of coriander, both of which provide a subtle spiciness to compliment fruity plum flavors and a lingering fresh tartness. Hops are at a minimum, and the fresh plum juice lends brightness of flavor plus a really cool color to the beer as showcased in its tulip-style glass. A perfect little refresher to be enjoyed on the patio (or inside with the AC) as the weather finally gives us a taste of summer.

On tap at CBC out on the patio. Served in a tulip glass. Comes in a bright red color with low head and carbonation. Aroma is slightly fruity. Flavor is well balanced, not sweet at all and not too tart. Delicious on a warm summer day. Light tartness lingers. Can taste the Belgian yeast also, which make this one special.

Tap. Neat notes of juicy plums, touch of tart earthy cherries, spicy doughy Belgian ale with some pleasant juicy, slightly tart, dark pit fruit character. Nice.

Draft at red bones. Pours a deep opaque orangish color with a frothy, creamy off white head. Nose is fruity with some very nice sticky malt notes. Palate is ever so creamy with a tingly feel on the back of the throat. Flavors of toasty grains and the creaminess with a delayed plum note that tickles the throat upon swallowing.
