Pouring at the Night of the Barrels at EBF. Pours a clear gold. Big sake yeast notes, sweet rice. Sweet with some spicy booze and a long sake finish. Really interesting.

Part of a long delayed backlog from EBF/ NotB. Poured a clear orange-yellow with minimal head. Smell was of sweet apples and a slight alcohol burn. Taste was a very bizarre combo or sweet apples and a slight smoked aftertaste. Strange but tasty!

Sampled from the tap at NotB. Poured a clear gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma had a hint of tart apple with some sake notes and a hint of spice and a sweet grain backbone. Flavor began with grain, light fruits and spice and was joined by a clear sake note with a bit of backing alcohol.
