Clear golden pour with a thin white head. Interesting aroma and flavor of yeast and spices. The body is light, the texture is liquorous and the carbonation is moderate.

(Draught) Pours a hazy golden body with a small off-white head. Aroma of floral, light soapiness, coriander, clove, and orange peel. Flavor of biscuit, citrus, candi sugar, and coriander with a dry finish.

[Draft @ the brewpub] Poured a hazy golden color with a medium sized, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of coriander, ginger, citrus fruits, some toffee, orange peel, earthy yeast, and honey. Taste was sweeter, pils malt, toffee malts, coriander, citrus fruits, and a dry, light alcohol finish. A nice, easy-drinking tripel.
